All Intergrid virtual servers feature KVM virtualisation.
What storage types are available?
In our Melbourne and Perth locations, all virtual servers are powered by SSDs in RAID10 arrays. Our Sydney and Auckland VPS are powered in HDDs in RAID10, and will soon be upgraded to SSDs.
how quickly are servers setup?
Servers are activated immediately once an order is placed. You can expect to be up and running within 5 minutes of placing an order!
do you guarantee uptime?
Yes! We are so confident in the reliability of our network that we offer a 100% network Service Level Agreement (SLA) with all services.

how do you achieve 100% uptime?
We leverage our geographically diverse datacentres across Australia and New Zealand to build a resilient network that automatically fails over in the event of an upstream outage. Our 10 datacentres have diverse connectivity to local ISPs allowing us to route around upstream issues. Further, our datacentres are interlinked with high-speed intercapital fibre, meaning we can re-route traffic between cities in the event of an interruption.
what management features are included?
All VPS include a web-based management portal, which allows you to restart your VPS, access a remote KVM console, monitor resource use, install a new OS as well as install common scripts and software.
We also include an advanced security and threat system, which logs and alerts you to any malicious DDoS attacks targetting your server.
what support is included?
All services include 24/7 support from our Network Operations team, who can assist with service interruptions and network issues.
Our services are self-managed, meaning that support for operating systems or software is not included as standard.
For customers requiring a higher level of support, our specialist team offer PROFESSIONAL SERVICES and management packages.
